Chair, Board of Directors
Responsible for overall management of the project. He established the WLGMP in the mid 1990’s after successfully developing a range of work with gay and bisexual men in Hounslow.
Responsible for contributing to the board on Project matters. Michael has a background in public legal practice.
Responsible for overall management of the Project as part of the Board of Directors.
Responsible for overall management, governance and funding of the social enterprise reporting to the Board of Directors.
Research & Performance Manager
Responsible for monitoring the programmes across all of the GMI pan-London work-streams and providing feedback to inform future programme direction.
HIV Prevention Coordinator
Responsible for coordinating HIV prevention services for the GMI Partnership, including outreach and rapid HIV testing in gay saunas, pubs and night clubs in West and Central London. He is also responsible for recruiting and coordinating the volunteer programme for WLGMP and the GMI Partnership.
Responsible for managing our relationships with charitable trusts and foundations.
Responsible for the planning, developing and implementing Spectra’s testing services in the South West London boroughs.
Daniel (he/him pronouns) is the counsellor for Spectrum, providing individual and group therapeutic support to people of trans experience or those who are questioning their gender identity.
Trans Outreach Worker
Frankie (she/her and they/them pronouns) is responsible for leading the Spectrum project, including outreach and sexual health work with trans communities, facilitating the Spectrum groups, providing trans oriented 1-2-1 support, and offering trans awareness and advocacy training services.
